you get sushi practically at every corner. for years you get best quality in the old town.

the atmosphere is very cosy. the place is small and stuffed. if you're lucky you will have a seat at the bar and you have entertainment during dinner. you watch the crew preparing sushi. and watching the chef preparing the fish and forming the sushis is like attending an artistic performance.
if you order a menu, you get a salad (with a sesam-sojasauce dressing) and a miso soup first. don't hesitate to order a spoon, if you're not able to eat it with the chop sticks. and then the climax of the meal is placed in front of you on the bar. and this squared plate is a real piece of art. but you're role is to destroy it. and i think this pleasurable way of destruction.
