the close university, the wide terrace and the cheap kitchen are the reason that this restaurant is a meeting point for egg heads.

you get a nice view over the roofs of bern, you find it next to the elevators that bring you to the heart of the main station. and you don't get beer before four o'clock in the afternoon. it's not normal in bern that somebody else decides for an over 18years-old if he's allowed to drink or smoke. but i think for anglo-saxons this is getting more and more normal, isn't it?
