first it was an illegal bar, then a half-legal club and now it is a bernese institution. the > kreissaal, which changed it's name a few times just to be named > kreissaal again, is not the place for big changes.

on the first floor you find the bar, downstairs more and more chairs and less and less sofas. at the beginning of the evening you will be served at the table, at the end you have to get the drinks at the bar.
